What CarryLess is

A quiet, supportive space to notice what you're carrying, sort what belongs to you, and gently release what doesn't. It's a journal, a sorter, and a place to find the words for what you feel.

What CarryLess isn't

  • It is not therapy or counseling.
  • It is not medical or mental health advice.
  • It is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a qualified professional or local emergency services.
  • It does not replace a real conversation with someone you trust.

Your choices

Anything you write here belongs to you. You decide whether to keep it private, share it, or send it. The scripts CarryLess helps you write are starting points — you choose the words, the moment, and whether to speak them at all.

Crisis support

If you are in immediate distress, please contact a local crisis line, mental health professional, or emergency services in your area. CarryLess is not built to respond to emergencies.

Use of the app
