Your control

You can delete any check-in or script at any time. You can request that we delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.

Security

Your data is stored on a secure backend with row-level security, meaning only you can read your own reflections. No human at CarryLess reads your private writing.

CarryLess is a self-reflection and personal clarity tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. Anything you write or create here is for your own reflection and choice.
